Rajinikanth Kochadaiyaan from January 2
Super Star Rajinikanth’s new filmKochadaiyaan is hitting the floors on January 2 in Chennai. The film is being helmed by Rajini’s younger daughterSoundarya Ashwin. If the news is true Rajini is set to romance two heroines in this film. The makers are trying for the call sheets of Asin and Anushka is the latest update. However, nothing is confirmed yet. KS Ravi Kumar is providing the story of the film.
AR Rahman is scoring the soundtrack of the film, while Rajiv Menon will handle the lens. Sunil Lulla is the producer of the film which is aimed for August, 2012 release.
Actually, Rajini is supposed to star in Rana under the direction of KS Ravi Kumar. But following the illness of the actor the makers have shelved out the plans of making this film where Rajini is supposed to do risky action sequences.
